2. Facility Use & Safety
The safety of our guests is our highest priority. All guests must follow posted safety rules, staff instructions, and facility guidelines at all times.

- Comply with staff instructions and facility policies
- Meet height, weight, age, and health requirements for attractions
- Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes at all times
- Supervise minors in your care throughout your visit
- Report any injuries, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to staff immediately
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund:
- Reckless, aggressive, or unsafe behavior on any attraction
- Intentional misuse or damage of equipment or property
- Fighting, harassment, or threatening behavior toward other guests or staff
- Entering restricted or staff-only areas
- Possession or use of alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons
- Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the facility
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in physical activities at The WEB Extreme Entertainment carries inherent risks. By entering our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Assumption of Risk
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
- Physical activity and participation in high-energy attractions
- Go-kart racing, laser tag, climbing, trampolines, and other activities
- Interaction with other guests and equipment
- Slips, falls, collisions, and minor injuries common to recreational facilities
Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge The WEB Extreme Entertainment, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of our facility, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Negligence on the part of other guests
- Equipment malfunction or failure
- Medical emergencies or pre-existing conditions
Medical Conditions
Guests with the following conditions should consult a physician before participating and may be restricted from certain attractions:
- Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or circulatory problems
- Back, neck, or joint injuries
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy, seizures, or dizziness
- Recent surgeries or medical procedures
4. Age & Supervision Requirements
Different attractions have specific age, height, and supervision requirements for safety reasons.
Minors & Supervision
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care
- Some attractions require direct adult participation or observation
- Drop-off policies: Guests ages 12-15 may be dropped off with parental consent and emergency contact information on file
Attraction-Specific Requirements
- Go-Karts: Minimum height and age requirements apply. Double karts available for younger children with adult driver.
- Laser Tag: Recommended for ages 6 and up
- Trampolines: Height and weight restrictions apply
- Climbing Wall: Weight limit enforced for safety harness equipment
5. Pricing, Payments & X-Cards
All prices are subject to change. Current pricing is available at our front desk and on our website.
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
- Taxes are included in posted prices
- Party deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
X-Card Terms
- X-Cards are our reloadable game cards that never expire
- All X-Card purchases and reloads are final and non-refundable
- Lost cards may be replaced if we can verify your card number (keep your receipts)
- X-Cards are non-transferable for cash value
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards
6. Photography, Video & Media
By entering our facility, you grant The WEB Extreme Entertainment permission to photograph, film, and record your visit for promotional and operational purposes.
Media Consent
- We may use photos and videos of guests for marketing, social media, and website content
- Security cameras operate throughout the facility for safety and security purposes
- Guest photos and videos may be captured on attractions with built-in cameras
- You may opt out of promotional use by notifying our front desk staff
Guest Photography
- Personal photography and video recording are welcome for personal use
- Commercial filming or photography requires advance permission
- Drones and professional video equipment are prohibited without prior authorization
- Please respect the privacy of other guests when taking photos
7. Lost & Found
The WEB Extreme Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Lost Items Policy
- Check with our front desk for lost and found items
- Items are held for 30 days before being donated or discarded
- We recommend securing valuables in lockers or keeping them with your party
- Leave unnecessary valuables at home or in your vehicle
8. Food & Beverage Policies
Café 513 serves fresh food and beverages throughout the day. Outside food and drink are not permitted except for specific medical or allergy-related exceptions.

- Birthday cakes permitted for party reservations only
- Food and drinks must remain in designated eating areas
- Alcohol is not served or permitted on premises
9. Conduct & Ejection Policy
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who violates our policies or engages in inappropriate behavior.
Grounds for Removal
You may be removed from the facility without refund for:
- Violating safety rules or staff instructions
- Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
- Intoxication or drug use
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward guests or staff
- Damage to property or equipment
- Theft or fraud
Dress Code
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all times
- Shirts and appropriate clothing must be worn
- Offensive or inappropriate clothing is prohibited
- Remove jewelry, accessories, and loose items before participating in attractions
10. Website Use & Online Services
Our website provides information about attractions, pricing, events, and booking services. Use of our website is subject to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
- You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our website security

Online Bookings

- We are not responsible for errors in your booking information
