1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern access to The WEB facility, attractions, website, and services. If you do not agree, do not use them. We may revise the terms by posting an updated version; continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Facility use & safety
- Follow all posted warnings, staff directions, and attraction requirements.
- Meet applicable height, weight, age, health, clothing, and footwear rules.
- Supervise minors in your care and report hazards or injuries immediately.
- Do not misuse equipment, enter restricted areas, fight, harass, smoke, vape, carry weapons, or possess illegal substances.
3. Assumption of risk
Recreational attractions involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, slips, falls, collisions, interaction with equipment and guests, and other risks associated with go karts, laser games, climbing, jumping, mini golf, bowling, and arcade play.
To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, guests voluntarily assume those risks and agree that The WEB and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for claims arising from ordinary participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Guests with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional and decide whether an activity is appropriate.
4. Minors & supervision
A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for a minor and is responsible for supervision. Attraction-specific age and size requirements always apply. Staff may deny access when a participant does not meet a rule or cannot participate safely.
5. Pricing, payments & X-Cards
Prices, hours, availability, and promotions may change. Payment is due when stated. X-Cards and credits have no cash value, must be used according to posted rules, and remain the guest’s responsibility. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for final-sale and booking terms.
6. Photos, video & lost property
Security recording operates in the facility. Guests should respect the privacy of others when taking photos or video. Promotional filming will be handled according to posted notices or consent where required.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Found items may be held for a limited period before disposal or donation.
7. Food, alcohol & conduct
- Outside food and drink are not permitted except approved cakes or allergy-related accommodations.
- Alcohol is limited to guests 21 or older with valid ID and must remain in permitted areas.
- Unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, destructive, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear are required.
8. Website, bookings & intellectual property
Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, or copy protected text, artwork, logos, photography, code, or trademarks without permission. Third-party booking and payment services have separate terms. Online information is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties and liability is limited. Ohio law governs these terms, and disputes will be handled in an appropriate court in the county where the facility operates.
